We service a large area throughout San Bernardino County. We have provided you with a list of areas and service rates to those areas to help you understand the initial service call charge and what to expect.

Once contacted and an appointment has been set, a qualified Technician will contact you the day of your appointment to verify your availability and schedule a time window for the visit (usually a 2-hour window). The Technician will also generate a second call just prior to the visit to verify you are home. Please understand that if we can’t reach you our technician will not attempt a visit to your home, it is imperative you answer the phone.

 Once our Technician arrives at your home the device in which you called for will be diagnosed and a repair estimate will be provided to you for approval. In some cases your device may need to return to our shop for further diagnosis or we may have to contact you back with a repair estimate pending further research. This occurs to insure you receive the most accurate diagnosis and lowest repair cost available. Please note that in these examples you will not incur a second service charge. The service charge is due at the time of the initial visit and is in addition to the repair estimate, parts and labor are additional.

We accept the following forms of payment
Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, debit cards with the Visa or Master Card logos and cash. We do not accept checks.

The amounts listed below cover the cost of the service charge only they do not include the repair cost of the device. Parts and labor are additional.
